The 2 Spitfires took off from Duxford yesterday for Shoreham and I think the Catalina was going there as well

    Nice pics Anna

i remember in 1998 at Biggin there was a cloud burst and minutes later a Harrier appeared and whilst in a hover produced a wonderful sight with the water spraying up. No digital gear in those days so i only had video footage.

Is it a one day show or is there something tommorrow

ok you believe what you want. What I said is what I believe, and with good reason. You are totally wrong about the loss of life and an invasion.
    Its entirely up to you

its a matter of public record that something happened, in fact there are files in the relevant record office. originally there was a 125 year ban on them. a few years back our MPJamie Caan asked in the House about them and it was agreed to release 2 of them. They are showing in the index system but the 2 files vanished

Like I said it is a matter of public record. The mystery is about what happened.

If you PM me i can tell youmy version but I cant on here.

I’ve often wondered whether reports of landings came as a result of people’s exposure to short Stories

not in this case. something really happened with a large loss of life

there was an incident at Shingle Street with no connection to Slapton sands or Americans. It was so important that Churchill visited the site the next day.
