I for one would be more affraid of a B-52 bearing down on me, rather than a B-2, the B-52 just looks mean……I wonder if there is a way they could get the H models to smoke like the old Gs and all the others, now that was a scary sight, like yeah, you see me and I dont care, I am comin to get ya buddy. Then the screach overhead of all 8 engines at full tilt and its all over.

No, no B-2s, theyre just snipers, ninjas in the night. Send the Bulls (B-52s) in to mop crap up.

Ummmm, I may be wrong, and I will admit I am no fancy smancy RCS designer….but if what you say is correct Cola……That the F-117 is better in all aspect than the F-22 because of “flat” sides……where does that leave the B-2? What you have said seems to fly in the face of all conventional wisdom, then again, I like that since conventional wisdom tends to be group think, but sometimes those groups are still right.

Ya know, I can pretty much laugh at anything, its the only way that I can keep my sanity. But, this skit is just sick, who in the hell came up with that idea? I hope to God those weren’t real terminally ill kids, but they sure looked like it, then again, I barely watched the whole skit so who knows.

On the state of comedy, there was this guy back in the 70s I believe from over here in the states from Baltimore, MD. He was know for doing completely CRAZY things to get a laugh. I once had a friend, not much of a friend anymore and you’ll know why, tell me about the end of his one movie, where he literally bends over and eats real dog crap, real, not fake. First I figured it was a joke and it wasn’t real, still frigging stupid though, just trying to be disgusting. She then informs me that it was real dog crap, and said “Isn’t that funny?” “His complete contempt for society, he just does whatever he wants, its hilarious isn’t it?”

Needless to say, we got in an argument and I never looked at her the same way again, some may call me crazy, but the argument covered pretty much all the bases, all because some jackass ate dog crap. Sad part is, it seems like more and more comedy is going this way, and it isn’t the right direction.

I just bought this little gizmo:

    http://www.amazon.com/Sony-ICF-SW7600GR-Shortwave-Receiver-Reception/dp/B00006IS4X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1241974403&sr=8-1

I haven’t had much time to play with the international short wave side of the radio due to a recent surgery, but all in all I do love it, it gets great reception from a number of local stations and I am even listening to a certain radio program thats in syndication across North America, but the kicker is I am listening to it most of the time on a Canadian staion that is i believe 1000 miles from me, and that is just on the normal AM frequency.

I dont think this is exactly what you all were talking about in this thread, but if I figured if anyone was looking for a good FM/AM/SW portable radio, this is the one to have from all my research and limited experience.

One of the Band of Brothers lead actors, Damian Lewis, portrayed an American soldier. As an Englishman he did a very good job of getting the voice correct methinks.

Here Here, I will second that and add an “excelent” job to your report. Funny thing is, I have met a few or the “real” guys from Easy Company, and none of them even sound the same…..I think we Americans have more accents than anyone, I guess its our individualism and wide range of peoples.

Yes, I figure she would want to be on the winning side anyways, but seriously, bring her over, at least it wont be complete nonsense with her on the show.
