As stated previously it a Vickers Varsity, not too sure if the Valetta shared the same yoke design?

Great trip for those with a seat on the left hand side. Not so good if you had a right side seat! But I suppose it was a return trip perhaps?

Anyone know what routes this aircraft flies? must be as close as you can get to flying in a business jet.

Yes some of my friends have had parcels stopped and not delivered. Sign of the times I am afraid. To this point I do not buy or sell these type of instruments or P compasses from ebay!

The SP is a lovely aircraft, shorter and taller (tail) than the mainstream 747. Originally called the 747SB (short body) before being given the prefix of SP ( Special Performance). Nice capture, wonder how many still fly?

The Newark event looks great, I will try and arrange a trip down.
Well unless a ‘surprise’ fathers day event is planned, I had better play it cool.

I have noticed as said that nearly every item on ebay has come from a spitfire and or course is very rare.

Quite often and laughable are the ebay adverts stating that the item is very rare but the seller doesn’t know what it is or where it’s from. Talk about. A contradictory quote!

An educated guess may say that it was the same shaker as the De Havilland Comet??
If so this web site has a Comet stick shaker for sale at 75 USD.
