Oh great another F35 fanboy comes with loads of absurd delusional rubbish spam, I guess these F35 fanboys just cannot accept that the F35 is a total epic failure of biblical proportions and F35 and F22 for that matter are significantly inferior to Pakfa in every way but they just do not get it,oh well the must be :very_drunk:

The ultimate shape in interceptors is the Mig25 and Mig31! This thread needs more Soviet combat aircraft in USSR service.

Yesterday January 29 was the 4 year aniversary of Pakfa first flight,is there a confirmed number of total flights that were made by the 5 Pakfa,it should definatelly be more than 500 by now.

A delusional idiot indeed, this action jacksh*** troll should be banned for all this spam already

Your had me going until I reached this.

This just in. You are an idiot. You know, one who doesn’t really have a slightest of a clue on what he is talking about. The funny part being that you actually try to look like you know what you’re talking about, by looking up some numbers in a table and flaunting your ‘analytical’ skills. It is really comical.
Carry on with that ‘Russia can’t into technology’ mojo, it’s gonna be amusing while it lasts.

Russia should of never tried this co development idea on the Pakfa,India contributes nothing to the project technologically and this $6 billion is pennies for Russia and this Indias financial contribution is not needed at all,Russia should of just spent $6 billion less on the stupid crap idiotical olympics that are waste of money. If India quits the FGFA than that will be great for Russia, much less hassle. 250-300+ Pakfa that should be built for Russian VVS will be more than enough of a contract for Sukhoi and production capacity will be full making Pakfa for more than a decade solely for the Russian VVS.

Here is a decent article that well summarizes the inherent and severe design flaws of the F35 design that is severelly hampered by its jont services requirement especially the vtol requirement https://medium.com/war-is-boring/5c95d45f86a5

no my post is not stupid its just F35 fanboys like yourself are really slow, I just stated facts. The RCS of the F35 is larger than the F22 and the Pakfa is being designed to have an RCS no larger than the F22 therefore the RCS of the Pakfa will be lower than the F35.

This post is so spectacularly stupid that I almost vomited blood.

From what I gather, the three primary air-to-air missiles are Izd. 810 (RVV-BD), Izd. 750 (K-74M), Izd. 180 (K-77M). Did I get the designation correct?

the size of tennis ball is a vague comparision,it was also quoted that Pakfa will have an RCS of a golfball, so Pakfa will definately not have an RCS twice the size of F35 but lower.

PAK FA T-50 real RCS is classified, same as every modern military aircraft.
I don’t believe that F-16 or even SH is in the same level as PAK FA.
According to russian designers T-50 shows up on radar as an object of the size of tenis ball:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajxBIHnJi4I (7:00)

    If we do some maths:
    tenis ball diameter ~ 6,7cm (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tennis_ball)
    r=3,35cm=0,0335m
    3,14 x (0,0335m)2= 0,0035 sq m
    Not a bad achievement, F-35 has public minimal frontal RCS ~ 0,0015 sq m ( golf ball- diam.~ 4,2cm).
If we know that 2 times greater RCS translates into marginal detection advantage and that T-50 will have more powerfull radar + better kinematics than F-35 – we have some clue about real capabilities – even SAAB in cost vs capability table notice that PAK FA has better capabilities than the f-35.

Most sources will place PAK FA in LO/VLO aircrafts ( frontal RCS lower than 0,01 sq m).
    According to Korean KF-X paper:

    http://pds26.egloos.com/pds/201301/29/24/f0082824_5107357f7ddfc.jpg
    http://www.aviationweek.com/Article.aspx?id=/article-xml/AW_04_29_2013_p46-571780.xml&p=2

    – Standard aircrafts (F-4, F-5 ) has RCS 1-10 sq m
    – RO aircrafts (EF-2000, SH) has RCS 0,1- 1 sq m
    – LO aircrafts (F-117) probably ~ 0,01 sq m
    – VLO aircrafts (F-35, F-22) probably ~ 0,001 sq m
If we believe above sources PAK FA should go to LO/VLO group and F-16 to the first group ( standard aircrafts).

Info might be availble on the internet scattered throught but that does not matter as all important information regarding RuAF should be posted here as well because this is a RuAF NEWS Thread what part about NEWS do you not understand meth berkut? Info on production totals should have been updated and posted here on main combat aircraft after the recent aircraft deliveries in December but it was NOT, so do not lie saying the total serial production numbers for RuAF of Su30SM,Su30M2,Su34,Ka52 and Mi28 or the news on the naval Ka52 prototype that was supposed to have been built in 2013 have been posted in this thread because it has NOT been, also the various sources on google very often have conflicting, inaccurate or outdated info therefore this relevant information must be confirmed to be accurate here in RuAF NEWS section.
I know about 6 Su30SM have been made before 2013 so I was quite certain that RuAF now has 20 serial production Su30SM but its not confirmed.

I have only seen the pictures on my tablet so far so its difficult to confirm, but it could be slightly lighter and also I dont give flying f if its ligter color or not as its not relevant.
I am not asking 2013 deliveries,I know these,14 Su30SM and 4 Su30M2 have been made in 2013,I am asking for TOTAL number of serial produced Su30SM and M2,you don’t seem to get that, this information has not been posted on this thread so don’t lie,and this is a discussion forum so I can ask relevant questions here for my convenince if I want instead of wasting my time trying to find it using google and I was not asking you but apparently methberkut lol thinks its ilegal to ask questions on a discussion board. Not to mention this important information should have been posted and updated in the RuAF news thread after the recent deliveries but for some reason it was not.

1: If it is true that your screen(s) are all perfectly calibrated then it is obvious you don’t have a good sense of color and/or are blind. Now, look again at the pictures i posted above and try to argue that isn’t the exact same color as on previous Su-35S’.
2: I know it is almost on magic level; but snow reflects light. That is why RP picture show somewhat lighter/whiter underside, doesn’t mean it actually is lighter.
3: Your absolute laziness continues to stager me. There are so many ways you could have found out the exact number of Su-30SM’s and Su-30M2’s delivered and yet you refuse to do it, instead you are as always asking it here. Atleast Su-30SM number has been here, in this very thread, many times. Su-30M2 number is terribly easy to find out, so please do it yourself.

It has been stated by Sukhoi officials many times and in my previous post I refernced a Russian statement above from Sukhoi where it was said that PAKFA rcs will be no higher than F22,you can google translate it yourself.

My monitor is perfectly adjusted not to mention I routinely use my desktop, laptop and tablet and its clear that even thought the lower fuselage might not be%100 white it is clearly a lighter more white color and it also seems a less shiny paint, clearly the color is different.
Its now confirmed that Russian VVS now has 22 serial production Su35S as of Jan 1. How many serial production Su30M2 and Su30SM have been built in total for Russian VVS?

Just like I was saying earlier this statement in Russian by Sukhoi says that the radar signature of the Pakfa will NOT exceed the radar signature of the F22 and that is actually one of Pakfa design goals. And with Pakfa having a much more powerful and modern radar system than F22 and the worlds most advanced IRST OLS system the F22 and F35 are hopelssly outmatched and at a severe disadvantage vs Pakfa in BVR combat and WVR as well.

By any chance you have the paper or the quote from Pogosyan ?

    Alexander Davidenko mentioned something similar

How thick or slow can one be,it was confirmed many times that Pakfa rcs will be on the same level as F22 and NOT larger and frontal rcs possibly less than F22 and definatelly lower rcs than F35. Yet you compare frontal rcs of a vlo stealth fighter to not even lo but standard figher, pathetic.

Don’t want to be pedantic but if it isn’t doing any Ranging, it’s not a radar, it’s a transceiver.

Weapons useful information (plot a firing solution) only if you have the (relative) range to the target, its bearing is good, but not enough.

If the average RCS for the T-50 is nearing 1m² that is not very good. A clean F-16 is rumoured to have 1m² RCS at 100km head on and it is quite comfortably detected by most modern radars out there at this distance (IIRC) .

its a new one for sure, not fully painted yet, the lower fuselage is also white instead of light blue as on previous Su35. That gold colored circle where the 07 is that some new sensor? How much is the VVS paying for each Su35,the export price is around $70 million but the domestic price should be a bit less?

Said to be a new Su-35S, not the same 07 from MAKS or Le Bourget:

Problem is its not IL76 news but 90% of it is ranting about the Il76MD flaws and how it should be different, the same thing over and over again, there have been like 10 pages of this same useless discussion.

    IL-76 bs?

You’re not the only one here, some contributors are ALSO interested by the IL-76 (and variants)!

This IL76 bs just does not stop,a new dedicated IL76MD thread should be formed. So now there are 22 serial produced Su35 built or more? With 14 Su30SM built in 2013,how many serial Su30SM does VVS have now,it should be around 20? And how many serial Su30M2 built so far?
