The harriers would remain in buisness till the life of viraat at the least. Viraat would remain in active service till the newer one joins IN in 2012-13. So yes they would serve with the Mig-29k.
Oooh the Pathetic Air Force must be wondering if they have a chance now. The J-7 is a joke. Its radar is crappy and other than making up numbers its utterly useless. it does provide flight hours but otherwise it is of little use.

True, The M class and the Type -23’s put them in a different leauge in South America. If they can also build a few decent missile corvettes (1000-2000 ton) to back up the 8 frigates they have they would be quiet a potent force in the region.
