My grandfather use to say “if it aint broke then dont try and fix it” so why change something that worked?
My problem is that I cannot see the attached pictures in some of the threads despite clicking on the small paperclip until my finger hurts?
can anybody tell what I am doing wrong?

Wulfie,
Whats the openning and closing times on both days?.
What role will the dead parrot have in this new movie ?…Air traffic controller? 😀
The Seafire XV and the Seafire XVII also had the same wing folding arrangement as produced for the Seafire III, so trip down to the FAA Museum would certainly be worth it.

Hi Edgar,
Yet again you come up trumps, do you have information on what the other numbers stand for?
Is there any drawings available along with any photographs of the tank both on and off the spitfire?
Regards
Jay
Hi Andy
Welcome to the forum.
When you reply to any thread you will see a small paperclip on the top line, just to the right of the large A and smiley face.
Click on that paperclip, it will open up another box where you can browse to the file on your PC where your photograph(s) are stored.
(You will have to watch the file size)
select the picture and then click on upload button, once its uploaded you just click on submit reply.
Simples 😀

Didn’t most RR Merlin applications use Rotol props?
I wonder if the DH props had operating issues with spinners attached?[/QUOTE]
Think you will find that the Spitfire and Lancaster used DH props and had spinners fitted.
The prototype Battle had a spinner.
Dave
Which now begs the question why was it dropped from production aircraft?
