Ladies and gentlemen,
as aircraft are discovered and so forth restored space in Britain will become a problem. My dad who was an archeitect for AAM and now Airspace has unfortunatly said to me that the UK is a Decreasing warbird community although we have 20+ Spits 7/8 Hurricanes flying etc we will eventually loose people like Mr Grey, Mr Hanna etc who keep these wonderful birds flying Britain has know backup source really unless private invvestors help which i see very little of Jaguar and HAC have one of the best ideas ive seen and maybe sponsorship deals are the way forward. another problem which will hit warbirds is fuel as we are expected to run out of fossil fuels by the mid 21st century warbirds will be more expensive to fly this is now seen with aircraft such as the Hunter which is a ‘Gas Guzzeler’ so the fact i see is that with out support from the public warbird numbers wil dwindle in the UK. this is unfortunate but yet it is enivitable but its out of our hands.
