HI Guys – I am still new to FS phototaking and I am posting a few of my dawn flights over the South China Sea. There was no destination as I was just playing around with phototaking. I would like you ACE PHOTOGRAPHERS to chip in some suggestions which can help me improve.
Forgive my limited screen-enhancements.. but here are a few :-

What kind of VGA cards and other hardware infrastructure do you have that gives you such brilliant almost real-life type pix? Care to share with us not-so informed mortals?

Hi guys.. this is my first ever screen capture of a MNG PAX flight off from Singapore Changi at 4.33am … I was amazed to see the contrails glowing in the dark … Sorry for posting one .. will post more in future.

Kansai Airport’s been the easiest to handle A.T so far. The others are a bit of a challenge considering the fact that the inputs that are required are minimal. Of course, there are complexities in other ATC games which yours does not have but for a first timer, it’s a good practise run on ‘controlling the dots’.

Now I know what the **** AT controllers must be going through every day.

Good work mate but the site opens at snails pace and once u click Begin Simulation.. it’s another 5 minute wait till things ‘happen’

Hope this can be improved .. keep up the good work though

Indian Flag on Naval ships

HI

Just curious – why is it that Indian Navy has the Tricolor (Indian Flag) masted on the bow, whereas most navies of the world have it masted on the aft?

What is the particular reason for this? Any experts willing to comment?

Like Cloud9 I am a newbie to FS too.

Excuse me CLOUD9 if I borrow your thread regarding taxiing problems but….

My problem is not taking off or landings. It’s the darn taxiing that’s more sweaty than anything. I usually have to fiddle using power up and power down plus using breaks intermittently to keep the plane “on the yellow” but heck !!! I dont always get it right.

Any tips from experienced FS taxi drivers? 😉 wink wink

Bold… VERY BOLD ! move indeed, if at all the base comes into fruition. I am sure other countries in the neighbourhood are certainly going to be concerned – especially the big C !

However, it would also be prudent to note how Central Asian politics can shift from one pole to another and they are prone to move towards the biggest – AND – the best lucrative partner.

Ohh not again.. hasn’t this been discussed umpteenth and zillion times over and over again on this forum? MOVE AHEAD guys.. let’s discuss something else apart from MCA/MMRCA and whatever Ms you have for the IAF.
