    It appears that HFL’s Spitfire TD248 was sporting a Breitling crest this past weekend. Can anybody confirm that Spitfire SM845 was similarly dressed for the formation slot and post an image?

    I am pretty sure it is Kenley, also the site of the ‘Reach for the Sky’ film by the way.
    It is well documented that the Hurricanes were loaned by the Portuguese Air Force. Clearly the formation shots of Spitfires were period footage but there was at least one Spitfire on the film set.
    A long shot – Anybody know the serial?

    I think you will find that HFL restored the Mk XIV RN201 for HFL.
