Yup, our own custom SAAB 2000 panel (preview on the forum)

And, there may be custom sounds with it, but theres afew things to work out with that.

i don’t understand how u can go to bed and leave flight sim running? what happens when you need to reply to ATC or change frequencies – if u don’t reply, ATC get annoyed, and close your flight plan?

Either:

1: He didnt have a flightplan

2: He didnt contact ATC after takeoff

or (the one i use the most :rolleyes: )

3: Make an IFR flight, take off and take it to cruise alt, speed etc… Then when you get told to hand off the the next centre, hand off, but dont contact the next centre… leaving you in a kind of ATC Limbo until you’re nearer your destination, or ready to contact ATC again. 😎

Hi,

Just out of interest, does anyone experience the same problems that I do with the Project Open Sky Airbus A330 and A340 models and the 747-400s, too?

Basically, that problem is that it is practically impossible to make a safe landing because the aircraft, even when approaching on the ILS and at a sensible speed i.e. 140 to 150 knots, seems to be swallowed up by the ground and then explodes.

Does anybody know of a way of changing this? I’d love to try some long haul flights when I have some days off next week but at the moment, its impossible.

What version of FS are you using?

What weight are you landing at? (approx. fuel percentage & loads)

The main improvement will be the need to go out and buy a new motherboard, cpu, shedloads of faster memory and a £300 graphics card.

They’ll have a wide range of graphics settings like they had in the last ones… But no doubt it’ll look like crap if you keep the settings low.

I know when it’ll be released :p :diablo:

I dont think this forum is the place to ask… From what i’ve seen a repaint request has never been honoured. :confused:

Try the iFDG forum, and i’m sure someone would be happy to help you out.

I would paint it for ya, but i’m not painting these days.

AI = Artificial Intelligence

Within FS, this is used to simulate other aircraft traffic in the skies and on the ground around the aircraft you’re flying.

(Only thing is, they don’t seem intelligent at all :p )

I have noticed that on this forum not many repaint requests are honoured.

You may be better off asking at one of the larger designs groups forums such as iFDG

I would fill your request, but I dont really have time for painting right now.

I’ve tried on Posky but no-one has responded. I was thinking of a VA but i dont know how to get a website and I don’t want to pay for one! It would be nice to make it into a VA.

It is illegal for anyone to charge you for a paint on a freeware aircraft.

And on POSKY’s forums Brian@CYVR offered to do it if you get him the posiedon logo & text.

Try sending him a PM, with a link to a very large or vector version of the logo and text.

That is one amazing livery desingn!

I really wish I could paint that for you but dont have the time 🙁

There are LOADS of painters on the iFDG and POSKY forums who would be willing to help you out with such an amazing livery.

Have you considered turning it into a VA?
