1940, Kent area. Purely, to go see the Battle of Britain for real. If I could get past security to meet pilots of the different squadrons I’d be taking notes from a first perspective to write and even better version of my dissertation 🙂 and to meet my heroes lol, plus maybe scrounge a few relics from a downed aircraft or two :rolleyes: and maybe buy a Hurricane haha. I’d disagree since I was 16 I’ve only been umeployed for 3 months. And even if i was unemployed now I’d still refuse to go on the dole. Most of my friends are the same. But then I guess it depends on certain areas maybe…
