They ran this story as top story on North West Tonight,
a passenger took a video of it,
the women, did indeed look the type to ‘want some fresh air’ at 30,000ft!

    What made me laugh,
with all this going on, the diversion etc,
apparntly, the flight landed only 15 minutes late in Manchester!
    Good old XL Airways! Ha!

And on one of their new Boeing 737-900!
can’t they respect the new planes
    :]

I know the European B732 is operating charter flights out of Manchester throughout the summer,
so its nice to see that oldie flying about

and yeah i remember the B742’s they had operating,
    quite a bright/contrasting livery! 🙂

    Id imagine,
that no-one would be able to give you a correct answer
until the summer season kicks in, in May,
    or July for that fact.

Like YOU said, it can be a variation of their fleet.

    I went to New York
Was schedualed out of Manchester on Wednesday,
    but the BA1503 was cancelled.
“Hole in the engine of G-BNWD”
So we got rebooked on a flight from LHR that night,
our shuttle flight down to London
    was delayed for 2 hours.
Missed our connecting flight to JFK.
Got put up in a top notch London hotel Wednesday night,
    and flew out Thursday morning.
    23 hours late.
    British Airways
    then lost our cases.
and we finally got them on Friday.
2 days i’d been wearing the same clothes.
    Then on the way back
they delayed the flight out of JFK For 2 hours.
    And again,
    once we got to Manchester,
they lost one of our case.

    ba.com :):)

    But yes.
    they do have seat-back entertainment,
which was touchscreen when i flew
    that was pretty good :]

the meals are just a weird concoxion of food.
Chicken, with cheese in the middle, with sweet and sour sauce of the chicken,
    served with rice.
    Not nice!

But the cabin crew are extremley friendly.
watch out for the ground staff.
    They are rude,
One of our party, went to one of the staff
“Excuse Me, When Will We Boarding?”
    Reply,
“We Will Call You When We’re Ready! Go Sit Down.”

We are now at the beginning of our compensation claim 🙂

Great experience of our flag ship.
    Never flying with them again.
    Jon.

I Agree With You On The Aer Lingus,
I Flew With Them From Manchester To Dublin And Back,
And I Found Them To Be A Comfatable Ride.
Because Of My Good Expierience With Aer Lingus
Im Not Even Going To Try Ryanair
With All The Bad Press And Numerous Issues Surrounding The Staff And Safety It Just Seems As If Aer Lingus Offer The Better Service 🙂

    Yeah

MyTravel Are Definatly Better Than What They We’re!
They Got Best Ontime Charter Airline For 2006 I Do Belive.
As There Was Posters All Over The Offices!

    Service Is Really Good

When I Acted As Cabin Crew On A Flight Down To Palma
A Man Came To Me Personally And Said “What A Fabulous Flight, Thank You”

The A320’s Interior Is The Same As The A321’s I Do Belive,

MyTravel Are Definatly Better Than What They We’re!

    Hope It Helps
