True words! ive heard that if you are travelling to the USA you can purchase duty free goods but no liquid are allowed on the flights, so im presuming that we can take books and magazines onboard.

welll let me put it this way, if we cant take electronic devices on for another 4 weeks, i serverly hope we can take books and magazines on!!! and i think 4 weeks is rediculous i would fo thought that would end like within the next week or 2, as security is very high at the moment, which now its probably the safest time to fly! because of the tightened security!

Good Good 🙂 Most Of The UK – USA Flights which departed yesterday are severly delayed, most of them into Mancheter are Charter which have a tight scheduales to abide by so that will have a knock-on effect aswell as the 2 Virgin flights out of Manchester today are both late in so they are late out again.

Anoooooo think about me, ive got Travel City Direct for 9 hours with a projector too keep me entertained, i reallllllllllllllly hope they lift the hand luggage ban on laptops and camera! but let me put it this way id rather be safe than sorry, which im presuming is what many travellers have said today 🙂

This morning a Thomas Cook 757-200 was departing Manchester (i think its TCX017K To Lanzarote) where apparntly there was a breech of security and it returned to stand but then later departed. BBC News said this had nothing to do with the events happening.

Ok a number of airlines have made statements on there website. Charter airlines have now done so, Travel city direct have, so maybe my flight soon will be affected as its to the US. All UK & European-Heathrow flights have been cancelled.

Manchester Airport has made a statement by putting it up before you go to there actual webiste.
