by the way aircraft shown in the image is Naval Tejas ,so i am pretty sure Goshawk will be inducted in indian navy for level 2 of training

Guys India is already building at least one mock-up of a carrier deck to train its pilots it been built in INS HANSA IN GOA to Train Pilots of Naval Tejas And Mig-29k same place can be used for Goshawks , here some pictures from a brochure released in Aero india 2007

Why would the IN want Goshawks? It doesn’t have any catapult-equipped carriers in service or on order for them to fly off.

Indian naval pilots are getting trained in Goshawks for Vikramaditya and since IAF’s Hawk and Goshawk share 70 % of spares and similar logistics ,Indian navy needs them to replace Kiran MK II
