Well many thanks for the tips – as you can see, I’m a novice when it comes to Airshow photography so all comments/tips are greatly appreciated -I’m not ashamed to admit I’m a beginner at this kinda thing 🙂

In terms of that second to last shot, I’ll have a look – I’ve probably made a mistake w/ the filenames, I usually do :p

Ebuyer UK have a few cameras on offer, but you did say that you don’t like purchasing off the internet – you’ll probably get the best deals online nowadays. Seeing as your a beginner don’t jump in at the deep end and look at really high tech fancy cameras…what exactly is your budget?

Some pretty damn sweet photos there buddy 🙂

I might even one day take a trip over to the US and attend that show..seen previous airshow photos and they’ve been just as impressive 😉

Got any shots of the 4 Ship jaguar flypasts? i was in the back of the T4 and i’d love to see some. I have some awesome inside shots which i’ll try and post soon

Yeah it’s a pretty bad thing to hear at the best of times. My condolences to the families of the pilot and student who were killed. I know the AAIB are investigating, however *any* inkling as to what caused the crash?

Erm..I’ve got a 5MP Kodak Easyshare DX4530. In terms of shapening, I’ll fire up Photoshop in a minute and have a play.

Shame about Sally B – it didn’t fly at the beginning of the year either due to the same reason.

BTW, any reasons why the Gloster Meteor didn’t appear (well it might have but I couldn’t have been watching if it did ;))
