Part 2
TFC engineers were having a hangar shuffle so I managed some close ups of the Spitfire Mk.V and Harvard:

The Highlight of the day for me was seeing TFC’s Gladiator being fueled up and readied for an engine test. Unfortunately for the Photographers it was towed behind the ARCo hangar for the engine run:

Here are some of my photos from Yesterday:
Part 1
In the TFC Hangar the Hellcat was having it’s wheels re-attached:

PBY Catalina was having one of it’s engines run for the fist time this year:

The Historic Aircraft Collection’s Spitfire Mk.V had a pre season test flight. It sounded a bit rough while taxiing past:

As I drove down the M11 sliproad towards London I saw the TFC Gladiator burst into life in a big puff of white smoke. I will post my pics of today tomorrow.
Nice to see MH434 flying again. I hope to see her flying a few times this year.
Pictures of TFC Hawk in France. From TFC Diary: http://fighter-collection.com/cft/photos-of-hawk-in-france/#jp-carousel-1324
The attention to detail is fantastic well done to Col Pope (for the paint work) and the ARCo team!

Different shade of yellow in the text boxes?
It looks beautiful! Would love to see it with Christophe Jacquard’s Spitfire XIX.
Perhaps on its way to Newquay?
Nice photo’s David!
The Aircraft will be staying at Biggin Hill.
I must have been the Historic Aircraft Collection example filling in for the Spitfire V.
The Wildcat does look great out in the sun.
Does she have any parts that could be made airworthy for WR963?
