I think those Sea Fury spares need a bit of a dusting down!! The P-40F looks a bit complicated to the untrained eye. what exactly are TFC doing with it that needs the gun ports being taken out ect?
What are IWM going to do with the AM Aero? Leave it in its current state or partially restore it?
Wheres it currently based? Im thinking either USA or Australia?
If it ever visits the UK it would look great with the Blenheim.
Did anyone else recognise the new sheet metal work on the Bearcat next to the exhausts?

Any pics?:diablo::)
Not a chance!!
It will go to team coloursThe jets don’t belong to HFL
Oh I was getting the impression that HFL had brought the L-29’s but oh well. Has a team name been decided yet along with team colours for aircraft?
I hope HFL are going to keep that scheme it’s amaazing with that Tiger:)
Sorry but do you have a picture of RA-0161K as i can’t fine one on the internet?
Wow it’s great too see G-BYCT going somewhere useful. It seems like it has sat on the North Weald Apron for years and years without being flown.
Does anyone know the registation for the 3rd or 4th L-29?
I personally would like them to keep it in the scheme it’s got as i have recently build a model kit in practically the same colours and I think it looks nice aswell.
Hope they can put it in an appropriate Fleet Air Arm Wildcat VI scheme -that gives plenty of both camo’d and overall GSB options for the European and Pacific theatres.
From what I’ve heard from various websites and magazines shuttleworth are going to paint it as a Grumman Marlet.
I’m really looking forward to seeing the wildcat from the states. I’ll be keeping a close eye on that one!!
I wonder what gem’s are in there current hanger.I’ve heard they let no one in there hanger and it’s nickname is area 51.
I know that they have a me108, Spitfire MK1, Lysander in Building 66, chipmunks, Ov-10 bronco and BBMF’s Hurricane. Im sure they have many more rare and unique ‘gems’ on the way!!
That must make it very hard to get the restorations done.
I think he ment museum visitors.
