    My dad was the airport plumber and had access to the whole airport and back then he could take me around with him . i was still at school back then but when if left i worked for servisair then British Caledonian and then British Airways.

    Woody IL-62 was direct Constanta to Cairo dept Constanta about 0400 and dept Cairo abound 2400 had about 18hrs in Cairo did the usual tourist things museum pyramids and nightclub was a way for the romanians to earn hard currency i think from memory about 70 pounds all in

    MSR 777 it was a 707. but did fly the IL-62 to Cairo and back for the day from Constanta. nice trrip nice aircraft

    Yes Woody too glasgow. when i was out there i took an IL-62 out to Cairo for the day. very nice.
    Ihavnt figured out how to get a larger size image on here.
