I did my Year 11 Work Experience last year (June-July) with General Dynamics there!!!! TOO MANY CIVIL CONTRACTORS

The fact that nearly all Bowman (the newest Army Radio System) work is being done there and they won’t even think about moving it, AKA Too difficult, they may however move all the equipment to different locations within the base.

IIRC Most units are only half full, you could probably couple that with selling of about 1/3 of the base.

Also NATO doctrine dictates that certain numbers of military equipment should be kept in mothballs, couple that with Allied Rapid Reaction Corps HQ being nearby at Injimin Barracks (Alla Innsworth) and you have a very sensible rapid reaction ability in the case of mobilisation. And also the Hercs practice things at Little Risslington (where I go gliding with cadets – 367 VGS) and this would be a very sensible location to deploy from!!!!!!

I guess this is the CAMM Contract for the Navy – It will Replace Sea Wolf and Complement ASTER – I guess some will be mounted on CVF????

Would the lease back of Harriers be an option, we still have Lusty and the Ark hasn’t yet been scrapped :diablo::dev2:

I would have gone with the French on making sure Eurofighter was naval!!!!

Also no scrapping the MRA.4s and CVF should have been CATBAR and STOBAR!!!, two waist cats like the CVNs but a forward Ski-Jump to allow interoprability with Europe….
