Ok Here goes xD:
1. I would look at buying the 68 UAE M2000’s for the short term and retire the Mig-23’s for these. After this look at replacing with 20 Rafale and 20 F-35
2. I would look at retiring the F-5/Su-24 and replace them with 90-100 Rafale (and this is coming from a Tiffie fanboy xD)
3. Personally I would order about 40-50 F-35A for deep strike missions, replacing the F-1’s
4. I would keep the Hawk’s as is a great aircraft and would order another 20, contact MBDA about Spear 3 intergration.
5. I really do think that AEW is needed so would want about 6 R-99 and would add 5/6 P-99 as a MPA.
6. If the UK does decided to retire it’s Sentinel R.1 I would look at purchasing these.
7. Retire the C-160 and add C-27J 1 for 1
8. Look at adding 10 A400M/KC-390 in about 2020
9. Look at some land based ASTER systems
10. Make sure more AAR assets are purchased, probably 3/4 A330MRTT
Also I know this may be expensive but as I wasn’t given a budget I made a similar sized air force with better capabilities
