There are on-going discusssions with some interested airlines, but nothing is for certain yet. Summer 07 would certainly be a lot busier than last.

Infratil presented their 5-year plan last week and from what I’ve heard its a positive picture…

do we have access to this plan?? 😮

hte onbly thing i can say to back james up is that mk lost a 747 in halifax, canada a few years back.

as far as i know Das air cargo havent.

anyway this topic is dragging on about time it was closed ?

astreus will use additional capacity 738’s from excel next summer. could turn up at MSE ??
just an asumption could well be there own 733’s correct.

change topic slightly but i noticed Kent escapes programme next year will be run ASTRAEUS aircraft 737-800’s or 757’s cool stuff…

if thats the case then this topic can be closed. LOL
I am all for DAs air cargo if they prove there worth. Manston on the other hand needs someone who is solid as an operator (i.e 0 mk airlines) and not jsut a new start up out to take over the world.

i agree. this is making no sense. I see DAS air all the time. they even had 1 take off from gatwick yesterday to lagos.

Are we sure we are talking about the DAS air cargo or generally as an airline (they run 5 seperate parts of a DASIRO Air company !!

still a summer period so i would imagine a 737. the 757’s have been going to canaries recently. you might be lucky though 🙂

Any uk based flight trackers. they are all american LOL.

😉 esperia.co.uk changed again. some .flash logo to it now and no mention of cologne being the base anymore 😀

i am told esperia are real because i emailed customer services. they said that they were planning to fly later in the year but nothing had been finalised wit the airport. This is manston by the way.

Possibly only the cologne-manston-cologne route now. 🙁

LOL anyway, i am sure ryanair or someone like that will eventually fly from manston 😀
