Since 1998 as far as I can gather. Only 11 delivered in 1998, but I beleive there was a recent order placed for more.

AMX-10 PAC 90, with the Giat 90mm turret I believe. An APC becomes a light tank!

RE: Ukranian disaster
The lastest video I have just recorded (and will watch many times) does seem to suggest engine failure. The engines were smokey as the Su-27 came out of the dive which suggests FMP (Full military Power – or thrust), but then as she started to level out the pilot would have realised then how LOW they were, and so could he have then hit the throttle to full AB to climb out – quickly – and possibly caused a flame-out? The smoke from the engines does appear to vanish as the jet approached the ground. I agree though, definitely TOO LOW anyway.
