RE: Big question..
Still waiting on the answer..
RE: French GP!
Yes, a world record equaling win!!! I can see a 6th championship as well and maybe even a 7th!! Well Done!
I would love to see Brother Ralph take the reins when Michael retires. Will we see Ralph drive for Ferrari one day?
Regards, Glenn.

RE: is it possible??
Time slows as you move faster. Einstein’s theory of relativity postulates that as you approach the speed of light time slows to the outside observer. To the traveller on the fast moving ship, time would appear to speed up as everything outside would age faster than than the actual recored time elapsed on the ship.
The theory has been proven in a way with atmoic clocks on orbital satelites showing the tiniest but still decernable variations outside their normal accuracy. In other words they had slowed, when they shouldn’t have.

Osprey Colour series book yes? Got it and have had it for years. Thanks anyway.
And SOC, some of those others you mention are also high on the ‘Russian’ list at the moment, especially the encyclopedia. 🙂

RE: Women in uniform
Kev,
Good point. I am always amazed by the number of air shows occuring in the UK somewhere almost every weekend. Envy is an understatment! I see the UK airshow roster in FLYPAST magazine from time to time and the mind boggles. Oh to live there for a year or so!
Regards, Glenn.

Kev, amen to that! I would love that. As a world event to see. 🙂
People? Gen. Douglas McArthur or Billy Mitchell, or Eric Hartmann. Time Period? Shogunate Japan for sure as the enigmatic westerner.
Its a paradox, but its fun to dream, is it not?

RE: Infantry Combat Vehicles
>I especially like the Israeli APCs derived from tanks.
I first saw those ‘APC’ types on the news and thought interesting and innovative idea and probably cheap! What tank chassis has been used I wonder? Could they be an old Merkava?

RE: Infantry Combat Vehicles
Red Thrust, top book, and Red Storm Rising, Clancy’s second best novel IMO and one hell of a story. Operation DREAMLAND in that novel by NATO was just terrific!
