it’s a screw up at both the federal and state level. While SOC has pointed out where the state level has screwed up.. at the federal level.. you had FEMA and a bunch of bureaucratic nonsense, such as blocking supplies to areas that needed it and refusing other aid from both other governmental organization, private, etc. http://www.house.gov/paul/tst/tst2005/tst091205.htm

Did not notice this thread until now. Was looking at my PM box and was wonderng why Steve didn’t reply to one of my messages for a while (we were talking bout the London Bombing and how he was doing). My condolences to his family.
