Thank you very much for that topjet, I feel much happier now as I was not looking forward to sitting in the airport for 8 hours! I am surprised they have a spare aircraft, as looking at their timetables on the FCA website they have 1 GLA-SFB 2x MAN LH and 2x LGW LH (not including Varadero) so there is something wrong there (bearing in mind they only have 4 LH aircraft)!

Does anyone know when the Margarita service is scheduled in?

Thanks for the replies, but does anyone have any idea if the Margarita aircraft comes into LGW and then operates the Varadero flight
