It looks like the trucks in the picture can carry twelve rounds. I wonder how usefull a system like this would be in siege type situation like the Brits have been finding themselves in in the ghan would be?

Frankly I think the Poles should have bought the Gripen or sighned up for the Gripen NG program. The type has enough American parts that it keeps the US happy and its European. On top of that it would probably fill all of Polands needs and there is probably more life left in the Gripen design than there is the Lawndart. To be perfectly honest I see no reason for any country to procure the F-16 now unless it supplements an existing fleet or they are getting all the latest toys (UAE) or they are reasonbly isolated and the type will be the best in the neigbourhood and you plan on buying more second hand anyway (Chile). Otherwise go Rafale, Typhoon or Gripen, if you must go western.

Just found these pictures. H-6K apparently, note the optical turret under the nose. Furthermore the nose has the classic look of a chinese nose that contains a radar. Any details or is this just another fan boy PS job?:confused:

I just checked the price of oil (almost at $80 per barrel). With worldwide demand expected to increse in the future, maybe over-reliance on energy exports is not as bad a thing as Russophobes would like to present :rolleyes:

I have been in those places. France has a lot of influence on the French speaking countries in Africa. As a large economy, and having a permanent seat on the UN security council (with Veto powers), France has influence all over the world. But, in most places, Russia’s worldwide influence is much greater. Yes, even in many countries in South America.
