uh your point being? so far every T-50 has some kind of new avionics.
T-50-2 had a new IRST, and now this one seems to have a radar.

looks like the radome is one piece, perhaps radar in there?

Yeah but 6 slots for smaller missiles is pointless if it ends up carrying larger AAMS in the end.
I suppose to make my point more clear…
They should have the option to vary the config. More small missiles, less big missiles.
Missile volume is pretty important no matter how advanced your missiles get. Having just 2-4 medium range missiles is a joke. What are the odds you are going to hit anything?
6 AAMs would be pretty unimpressive. Those bays could have been a major selling point should they turn out to be more versatile with regard to how you can mount the racks/catapults.
Yup, J-20 pilot will turn around to see missile. Wasting precious seconds to maneuver away. Getting torn to shreds moments later. Yup yup. Heard it here first! Story of the J-20. 😀
