Hawker Hunters with antiaircraft missiles?

On the Hawker Hunters subject, was the Rhodesian air force the only ones to arm their Hawker Hunters with antiaircraft missiles? Where can I get some good images, how were they mounted (as I would like to build a model with the missiles). Where they ever fired in anger?

The one thing I noticed a few years ago the key publishing altered the Air Enthusiast layout and may be then started to lose some readers that bought the mag for some its info. That at the moment it just does not provide.

e.g.
The twenty-five issue has 3 cutaways
Vickers Viscount 810/840
Armstrong Whitworh (gloster) Meteor NF Mk 12
Junkers DI

In those days I would not miss an issue, lately I would page through the mag and only buy it if some thing jumped out and grabbed me.

Some times you have to give some thing to make the defence in the so called crowded market (locally in Portugal I don’t get that idea may be we don’t get all the publications).

Hi Jagermarty,

Yes I do want the book and I am still a hands on person (I prefer to have the book). But when you check out the prices of the book and then add +/- 12 pound of postage (as this is a 2kg book). It starts to get a bit out of rang for our local salaries.

I have also tried the states (their books are substantially cheaper) but then you have the same problem with the post (last quote was for 24 dollars).

Could someone please list the cutaways and the cockpit lay-outs of the two books so that I can order it via the net as I do not have the luxury (local in Oporto, Portugal) to go down to my local second hand book shop to page the books be for I buy them.
