Unfortunately a more common occurrence these days – people seem to think that they can get into anything and drive it just because they can. No axe to grind with 4*4’s just some of the idiots who drive them. Always remember driving into work one winter on a dual carriageway with one lane cleared so we crawled along at 10 mph. Proceeded to watch some idiot in a 4*4 shoot past in the uncleared lane at around 30 – 40 try to brake as he approached the roundabout and slid all the way up onto the middle of the roundabout itself. Thankfully nothing was coming around the roundabout at the time but probably one of the stupidest pieces of driving I’ve seen.
Yes most 4×4 drivers are self opinionated *wats. Like Volvo drivers , the lights are on, but the driver is not !

so, are they a nuisance, status symbol ,or just a vehicle whos owners seem to enjoy
1 turning with no indicators
2.parking anywhere, particulary pavements and street corners.
3. appear oblivious to any other road user.
4 glare at you as though you are something unpleasant on their sole.
5 obligitory pick up vehicle for school run.
6 carrying out “U”turns at random.
They are for People with NO taste, they are designed for off road therefore thats where they belong. I hate the Chelsea tractor set.

‘Great’ drivers don’t always win…Stirling Moss never did. 🙁
Can’t really blame Hamilton for the move to Switzerland…would have been nice if he had been honest about it though.
Your words are so true .

Watched him on the news today explaining why he was moving to Switerland, I can’t stand one thing and that is a liar.
He sat there and tried to explain it away like he didn’t want the hastle of being recognised on the streets and wanted to escape the pressure of fame, all this while he was trying his level best to stop smirking and laughing and failing.
If he had just sat there and said “I’ve hit the big time and want to make the most of my earnings” then I would have respected him for that but to lie on record, tallent or not hes just gone down a peg or two in my estimation.
John.
Bet he is worried about your estimation !!!

1) And to do what? Order Alonso to come to the pit earlier? How would that have changed anything? Remember than Alonsos laptimes started to lag only few rounds before the lapstop.
2) When Mclaren read the conmuterlog from the car after the race, they discovered that Hamlinton had pressed the engineshotdown button (or something similar) by himself…propaply pressing all the switches in panic after his spin. The car didn’t stop but the cars computer required time to recover and the gearbox wasen’t operational for short while. Hamlinton admitted this by himself also.
3) Mclaren and Ferrari had been quite equal for the whole season, almoust in turns one was bit ahead the other and in next race all was upside down and the team that wasen’t so fast last time was now the fastest. In the last race Mclaren just weren’t that fast.
If Mclaren would have been considerable more conpetitive in the rest of the season races, then why Kimi with ferrari had more wins than Alonso or Hamlinton? These conspiracy theories are just sore looser talks, and quite pitifull.
You brittons just have to face it that you guys might have ruled the world once and ect. but when it comes to driving cars fast, there is only one country worth of mention:dev2: :dev2: 😉
Yes and its not Finland.
