i agree with Ant and Steve 363 does look good without cannons, but the “coolest” looking one is the real airplane company’s black one.

Hurricane p3150. shot down in combat with bf 109’s over kenley area 2.15pm, flying officer P. P. woods-scawen baled out but killed due to parachute failure . body found 6.9.40 in the grounds of the ivies, kenley lane.

Hurricane v7420. set alight in combat with bf 109’s over east Kent and attempted to crash land at fryland near ivychurch 1.30 pm. Pilot officer c. a. woods-scawen baled out too low and killed.
As a foot note the remains of his aircraft are in the brenzett museum who excavated it in 1977

i’m with you frank stella Taste’s like p1$$ ……gives me a hell of a head ache as well!!!! you got to go a long way to beat fosters…..however my local offie’ is doing a great special on carlsberg at the moment 8 cans for 5 uk pounds!!! and you get 2 buy-one-get-one-free bk whopper tickets!!!! aaaahhhh burgers and beer 🙂

I too would be happy to contribute to Mr Rudhall’s running costs, and if the video is the documentary about the making of the movie a few pint’s of beer as well!!….what the hell I’ll stand him a few pint’s anyway for writing a book that has given me so much enjoyment to read.

This is going to be so cool, if it happens, as for stars from the film turning up……there are, I think, already 3 at duxford, spitfire IXb MH434 was one of the airworthy spit’s in the film whilst spitfire Vb EP120 was used as a static airframe and Spitfire Vb BM597 was used as the replica mould master…….you know what’s coming next, don’t you?……….who fancies sitting in one of the MK V spits while I sit in the MK IX and shout DAGGA DAGGA DAGGA DAGGA DAGGA DAGGA……. All in the interests of creating a part of the film for someone who hasn’t seen it… of course……… 😉

Info from, Battle Of Britain, the movie buy Robert J Rudhall…………buy ,beg, borrow or steal a copy it’s a must for anyone interested in the film…….oh anyone want to see a pic of what The Jackdaw pub look’s like now?…………yeah I know, I really do have a obsession about this film……. 😀

On a more serious note keep us all informed as it would be nice to put names to faces, not to mention a tour around the airfield and hangers and stuff

I cant believe some people, however it shows her mentality…….radio times is bbc she should be complaining to the tv times, as it was last shown on itv, yeah I know that they show times of programs for all channels, but “radio times” is bbc orientated. She probably has nothing better to do. how ever free speech was, among other things, what thay were fighting for.so she has the right to send in that letter and i can call her a SILLY OLD BAG!!!!!.
