Hey I’ll have you know that I have had ZERO stitches in the last 3 months – and they were only after managing to mangle the middle finger on my right hand .
Famous last words from my wife ” don’t you think you should switch the mower off first ” then the obvious ” na honey , the thing wont start again – look it’s only a bit of wire round the blade aaaaaggggggghhhhhhhhh f4ck ! “
Minor contusions on both hands , severe mess of finger .

Mind you I forgot about the staples in my head for a bit and my boss had to cut them out with a pair of tinsnips in the office , all of my colleagues are fully conversant with methods of removing stitches , staples and glass-fibre arm ( and leg ) casts

    What is this Belhaven Best?

    Tennants Velvet
    Tennants 70 Shilling
    Tennants 80 Shilling
    Belhaven Best

All are Scottish “heavy ” beers , no fizzy pee coloured water up here , dark brown and little or no fizz . Great .

Only English beer I like is Theakstons Old Peculiar .

Lager is the devils spunk and should thrown into the burny fires :dev2:

Come on people, I’m sure there’s a freindly neighborhood liquor store open somewhere nearby…

Just got a slab of Belhaven Best and a litre of Aberlour – I fully intend to be blitzed by midnight . Burp.

Just buried our next door neighbour on Monday , found dead on her kitchen floor after a heart attack , 42 years old , leaves 2 nice kids , no warning – struck down in the prime of life .
In the chemist this morning I was being served behind two robbing pikeys who were in for their methadone script – there is no sense in this world . Junkie scum will probably live on handouts from taxpayers and live to see old age , give them as much heroin as they want and hopefully the ba$tards will OD.

There are graveyards full of the bones of people who died so that we might vote, and whether you like the current crop of numpties or not, we owe it to the memory of those people to use the privilege.

A very good point Der , a generation gave their lives to ensure that we can vote in a democratic state .

Wasnt a teacher jailed for 6 years yesterday for trying to sort out some neds with an air gun?

Yeah , utterly scandalous , she might have used something a bit more suited for the job , maybe a .22250 or a .22 , maybe even a .410 garden gun , if she was out to do the job properly she might have used the correct tools , sheesh , an airgun , piddly things no wonder she got 6 years .
