    Some of them above may have something to do with a former name of the airport, I know MCO being Orlando International because it used to be McCoy AFB or something that way, Chicago O’Hare has a similar reason for being a bit weird with ORD.

    And the Canadian three letter codes are just weird, all are Y something YYZ being Toronto.

    Be interested to know why there are two codes if you find the answer though.

    a.net is very high quality and sometimes it can get up your nose with some of the slight errors as reasons for rejection, but thats why they are known as the highest quality avaition site on the net and why everyone wants their photos on there!

    Very, Very sad!

    I’ve been to Kennedy Space Centre about 4 times and saw a launch once (amazing), very, very sad and shocking that this has happened!

    We haven’t had a touch of snow all week in Leicester, as with Guernsey it has been sunny all day here too. Might any of these be diverted to EMA? I’ll have to head up tomorrow for a quick look around.

    Tried it on a.net’s new flight thingy and got a cheapest of £1,400 I think you’ll struggle to get below £1,000!

    That would be a difficult shot to pull off. With such little light you would have to use a long shutter speed (which is what creates the blurry background) but at the same time need to keep the aircraft at the same point in the frame all the way around to keep the it sharp, which is a very difficult skill!

    3 out of the 4 BE flights are CRJ’s but one is a Dash 8-400.
    BE1337 that departs 1945 is a D8.

    Also BA operate the route with an ERJ-145.

    MyTravel does sound better, don’t think the A319’s are due till June and then they’ll be operating from Geneva first I think. MyTravel have a couple of 757’s and A320’s painted so I’d also guess at that.

    Theres a lot of people calling them the next Emirates and from what I’ve heard they aren’t a bad airline, I’d certainly like to give them a try.

    Theres also a trip report forum on a.net you might like to try for them.

    Would be interesting to see, but it clashes with Liverpool v Sheff Uted! Will probably record it. The Airline one is a repeat, definately seen Katrina leave before.

    You may be right, was basing my comment on what I saw in the past, didn’t see one last time I went and time before was back in July last year so it probably has changed by now!
