You really need to get your priorities right ‘ere….Turkish policemen are more corrupt than your average Greek, Brit, American force, My Mauritius friend travelled there this year and because he had to ask for directions while driving he stopped off at a friendly cafe to ask a policeman, but because the crooked copper thought he was offering a service to this unexpecting innocent tourist he asked for payment for directions!!!
To live in a country where your goverment is corrupt causing your economy to collapse in on itself, countless IMF loans and the CHANGE of that goverment every so often really leads to an uncertain future…this is what we’re talkin about on this thread not little bits of rubbish by the side of the road!!, the turk is only friendlier (in your words!) because he is after what everybody else has except him……DOLLARS!!!
