Why don’t the Indians scrap these flying coffins and go for the reported order of 150 Mirage dash 5’s or the new build Mig-29M2??

Adonis you don’t make racist remarks and then accuse others of the same, that only gets you noticed for all the wrong reasons. What part of this do you not understand? YOU keep bringing up the “Empire Syndrome” because it exists in your tiny brain along with all your other hatreds and hang ups and your inferiority complex. Who gave you the right to decide what my country should be called? If you want that right you will have to come and become a citizen here and then cast your vote. You will be welcome so long as you keep your opinions to yourself. If I start verbally insulting your country I fully expect you to retaliate, please do me the courtesy of allowing me to do the same.

MiG ‘Near’ to $1.5Bln Algeria Deal

Staff Writer The MiG Corp. could soon enter the major leagues of the domestic defense industry if it seals an estimated $1.5 billion deal for 50 MiG fighter jets with Algeria.

The company is nearing a contract for 50 MiG-29 fighter jets with Algeria, a source in the aerospace industry said Friday.

MiG’s general director, Valery Toryanin, visited Algeria earlier this month and the contract is expected to be signed within weeks, the source said.

My my what a temper you have there, strike a nerve did I ?? Britains role in WW2 is well documented the real WINNERS IMHO were the Russians/Soviets who lost like 26 mil.

For your information the Greeks showed their courage in the face of adversity fighting the Nazis ally Italy while outnumbered and overpowered, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill said of the Greeks: “Today we say that Greeks fight like heroes, from now on we will say that heroes fight like Greeks”

Britains contribution to the war was immense but it wasn’t “Exclusive” Fcuking D!ldo!.

Britain these days should seriously think about dropping the Great from its name because with Wales & Scotland going through devolution they’ll just end up with England & N.ireland……O’h i forgot a few sheep on a rock somewhere near Argentina & a couple of Monkeys on a rock somewhere near Spain

Just scanned an article from FLIGHT INTERNATIONAL, makes very interesting reading especially since Mig-29 are making a success in the Export Market.

Its called Great Britain but for what reason??….maybe once upon a time it was great but now seriously and no flame intended, the hospitals don’t work, the schools are under achieving, Fred Flinstones Car can get you to Scotland faster than your railway system, You lick the boots of America and you wanna SUCK MORE! you are not respected in your own backyard (Europe), internationally your reputation is tainted for misdemeanours in the past……blah blah blah blah

How about “average” Britain, or the “common Isles” or United ordinary Kingdom? 🙂

Let me put you all out of your misery!

HAF will choose Typhoon for the simple reason that it’s the best air-to-air platform out there (esp Tranch-2) after the F/A-22,

The 5 member countries have lobbied hard and will undoubtably offer sweetners to capture this lucrative contract.

JSF is mostly a strike plane and Rafale is on a par EF2000…..but if you had the choice to buy from a single country or a member countries I know who i would purchase from!

AFM states that RSK Mig will sell the new examples possibly Mig-29SMT2 in return for taking back older models of mig-21 and mig-29’s.

Did anybody watch “Ultimate Strike fighters” on Channel 5 on Tuesday???

The program concentrated mostly on F-15 Eagle, F-16, JSF, F/A-22 & Eurofighter….in fact they showed the EF2000 in a good light because of its super mavouvarabilty, high 9G endurance and supercruise abilities…..In fact I’m gonna buy one myself 🙂
