The reason black athletes run better and faster is that they have a more powerful spring mechanism in their calfs and more explosive. i remember reading about this rather unusual debate on the bbc.

Yes and No,

The blacks in countries like America, Canada and Australia which have the same training facilities as their white counterparts don’t seem to come through the ranks to take up swimming and even if they do they aint as good as whites.

Countries like Kenya, Ethiopia and Jamaica are just the tip of the Iceberg when it comes to running, because when whites go to see level countries like kenya and brazil to train they generally underperform against black athletics. Take a simple 100m race

Potentially bad idea if cyprus has aspirations of joining EU, but i agree with you twilight that such powerful weaponary would significantly increase Cyprus’s defence, but wouldn’t the SU-30Mk be too big for a small island like Cyprus??? not even Greece (Cyprus’s protectarate) has any two engined jets fighters.
