Try and find something called the British National Formulary. This is for want of a better word the ‘dictionary’ of drugs prescribable in the UK or do a google search. Ask your chemist, they will have a BNF and can look up what the drug is and its indications and contra-indications.

Hi Dave. Nice to have you back.

Fill in the message field and then click browse. Find the image you want to post and double click then post your message.

Your pics need to be below 100kb. I use photoshop for this. Click image size and I set mine to 800×600 pixies. This normally reduces your image size. If it’sstill over 100kb use the quality slide to bring it below 100kb.

    Hope this helps,

Though Arthur’s poems are ‘near the knuckle,
The webmaster’s great, he doesn’t buckle
He’s cool, he’s calm, he keeps his head
And let’s us keep this crazy thread.
So at the wedding, ‘midst the good cheer
If you spot him buy him a beer.
And to Anna and Flood, we wish you well
As you wait to hear that wedding bell.
And as for photographers your choice is immense
Snapper, Damien, Man on the fence.

But what of a venue for these things to pass?
Duxford’s nice, all warbirds and grass:D
A picnic or buffet on hallowed lawns
It surely wouldn’t be a yawn
With Merlin’s roar and Griffon’s growl
Drowning out some crap band’s howl.
So let us know when all is set
And we’ll raise a glass, the biggest yet.

But please, don’t fall into the rhyming trap
‘Cos i’ve just worked out this poem’s crap.
    😉

There was a young man called Mark
Who only came out after dark
    He wears funny hats
    And looks such a pratt
Still, it’s good for a lark.

    Anna and Flood are engaged
A wedding has now to be staged
    But we’re all excited
    We’ve all been invited
And the Hellaid boys have been paged

Yes, but at least she’ll be nice and warm. 😀

The crass stupidity of these people in the current security climate really does beggar belief. It makes you wonder whether they have any common sense at all. Anyone delaying a flight through security reasons should lose their right to travel and be forced to compensate the airline and passengers. If it’s a genuine oversight OK. But if it’s because of something incredibly stupid like this incident they should be made to pay.

(And yes, I did get out of bed the right side.)

    Mark12.

Would you mind telling us a little more about P/O Gordon please? I have to agree with Alastair in that I think it is the most moving single photograph I’ve seen as well. And with aj_march, it’s nice to think he has them with him again some sixty or so years later.
