Yes. Probably not a good idea to go to reheat (US = A/B). Even when chased by early AIM-9/Atolls – though “up-sun” here = (See the MiG 17 at the “Michigan Thunder”).

Was the Hornet taking the cable as part of the show or was it in any kind of emergency?

And some very recent. Did Agusta Westland dig up some old lime green dayglo leftover from target tugs?

As one can see from my little aviator I like that Phantom. However, it is rather unlikely that it broke the sound barrier. Despite the fact that those condesations occur befoe the sound barrier is broken, a Phantom can hardly achieve supersonic speeds with pylons and external fuel tank.

Well, I say the F-4 can break the sound barrier at ground level. (pylons, tanks – what have you). Source: Old video “Wings of the World”: (Item 65 (apprx.) “F-4 breaking the sound barrier”. (with characteristic “clap” in the sound track).

    Best regards

And we have our own “5’th column”! Danish journo for a leftwing paper (“Information”) told some lies to the “N.Y.Times”.
Facts: Denmark recognises 19 different kinds of Islam. They can freely practise their religion. They can build any mosque. (Surprise! They will have to pay for it themselves). All Moslem dead are not flown out. There are several Moslem graveyards.

The way i see it, the right to free speech entitles everyone to say whatever they wish. However, i also believe that we also all bear a responsibility to treat everyone else with a little respect and courtesy. So in this case, why didn’t the Danes just say, “Fair enough, point made, were sorry we made everyone so angry”.

If they had done this, it may have triggered more discussion among muslims to let them come to a concensus on their views of the matter, instead of making them feel insulted enough to riot as more and more european papers published the cartoons for the sake of it.

The editor of the paper apologised. Should the Danish PM?
