Well…often, people love to make photos and videos of the aircrafts, especially passing them at extremely low altitude. Nothing unusual in this.
UPDATE: Probably that weren’t fishermen, but some sort of guests/spectators at the military exercise “Zapad-2017”. There’re rumours this happened when RIO turned ON the Master Switch and system got a short circuit.
This is ******* disaster. Ka-52 “attacked” fishermen.
Title says it’s a weapon’s control-circuit failure. Happened a few days ago near Saint-Petersburg.
Pantsir-SM

If they can engage 4 target with 8 missile then they can also engage 8 target with 8 missile
Nope, it can’t. For example, each fire-control radar of S-300/400 has 6 target-tracking channels and 12 missile-guidance channels. But it can’t guide 12 missile to 12 different targets at a time.

how many hours long would Japan stand still and neutral?
As long as it wouldn’t like to become a target for the full-scale nuclear strike. Anyway, Japan isn’t a NATO member…
Didn’t know Japan is a NATO member, LOL.))
@stealthflanker
Yep, you’re right.
4 target channels + 8 missile guidance channels
Mi-28UB

Judging by the photos above the table with the list of shot downed targets, and basing on their range and altitude, all of these were shot down by Pantsir. IMO, the main idea of this new missile is to increase the total number ready-for-use missiles on each Pantsir combat vehicle to counter massive air/artillery/mortar strikes.
@Arihant
“Pack of the 4 compact missiles fitted into the standard Pantsir missile launch-container. (Pantsir-S upgrade based on the combat experience in Syria)”
I am a person who *******ing tired of these BS numberswhich are based on the baseless rumours spreaded by one person among the Radioscanner.ru community few years ago. This is the same sort of BS as cool story about Donald Cook been jammed by Su-24 in Black Sea.
Задрали уже эту невежественную херню всюду постить.
