LOL
AFAIK, there’re two UCAV projects.
1) Sukhoi’s Okhotnik(Hunter) 20t-class UCAV.
2) Sokol/Tranzas 5t-class armed-reconnaissance UAV.
It is of course the same kind of people that parrot “Where is the evidence, where is the evidence?!?!” as soon as there is anything that can be perceived as negative about Russia. Like when one says the “little green men” in Crimea were Russian soldiers or that RuAF is mostly bombing non-ISIL areas in Syria.
Remember, this kind of thing is one way street. If it is positive – no evidence needed! If it is negative however, no evidence is good enough.
Exactly!
…+ a sprinkle of BS on top is not a source in any way, shape, or form.
The most funny thing is that if only you’ll try to say this in the comments of Zvezda video – hordes of morons will call you a ‘hohol’ and ‘agent gosdepa’. :stupid:
Brainless journalism for brainless public.((
any links? I know Russia is rather secretive on its drone programs
Very little is known ATM.

We’re working on them, but they’re still under development.
He did say that the Su-34 would be as hard to detect as a cruise missile.. He did not specify the RCS, it could me via massive ECM for what we know..

And when and where did he say this?! Coz it really smells like BS(especially when you’re using Sputnik as source). I wonder what ex-employees of Sukhoi would say on that at Airbase forums. Something tells me that Aaz and PVV would have a good laugh.
why you think radar blocker and S duct important for RCS.
Su-34 has rcs of a cruise missile. and that is 2 decade old development.
LOLWUT? Simonov couldn’t say such an obvious bull****.
…. with the caveat that for 2 or 3 of those Russian parties, gaining popularity is punishable by death.
While i’m not a big fan of Putin and Co, i should say that you’re very exaggerating and demonising current Kremlin residents.
4. This graphic is a simulation from an unknown source, for me it has zero face value.
TBH, it is not very fair point. If the head of Sukhoi and famous academician + director of RAN’s Institute of Theoretical and Applied Electrodynamics are ‘unknown source’ then…really?!
The problem isnt the missiles itself but the fact that Su-35 have quite big RCS , it not like F-16 and Turkey AWACs doesnt have radar themselves
Presence of aircraft =/= detection of attack. Especially in case of airspace constantly populated by military aircrafts.
it is unlikely that it will be able to attack without warning
Depends on missile type.
Well, the original might have had nicer angle, but the replacement is much sharper and larger in size. Here is the original;
Berkut, thank you very much! :applause:
Damn. Photographer has replaced original photo with the photo that isn’t as good as original. If anyone saved original – please, post it again. Thx in advance.
What a beauty! Slim and sharp.
