One thing is amazing though. A thread about spelling and we haven’t heard from James:D
Last heard from heading to the land of the long white cloud, so I can only assume that he’s been eaten by a Hobbit or some such! 🙂
Or perhaps been run down by an Anson…………….
With all the hours that I’ve spent with the polite ones, I have yet to have any positive feedback on aircraft, parts or anything else (Except Dave Welch)
He certainly gets around, he passes through our neck of the woods in NorCal from time to time.

And it’s made out of wood, with zero Kevlar content! :p

Wasn’t that sold this year?
It was up for sale, I heard that it may have been sold, but I’ve not heard where or who to.

The Belgian registered example, while it’s had some remedial work done, hasn’t flown for ages.
Neither has the US example (I assume you mean the Cavanaugh one)
One of the Bf109Es was last heard of in Canada (with Ed Russell), not the US

Does anyone know how the Percival Q.6, last heard of at Seething, is progressing?
“The Peoples Mosquito”
Any idea when/if we will see these babies in England? Surely they are worth the price of getting them to Legends.
Blimey, some of you lot want everything served up to you on a plate, don’t you! 🙂
I had to make two trips up to Seattle, a total travel distance of over 3,000 miles, just to get that shot. The reason I made the trips is that the aircraft, under current ownership, will probably never be seen away from Paine. They are only flown on very rare occasions, twice a year. So the chances of seeing them anywhere else, let alone at Legends, are somewhere between slim and non-existent.
So how can I get hold of a copy here in the US? It seems that you will only ship to the UK or the Antipodes, even through Amazon. 🙁
