Hungarian, as George_nkl said.
47 on the tail means it belonged to the 47th wing at Papa AB.
You can check on airliners.net, jetphotos.net to find Hung. AF MiG-21s with the “47” on the tail.
Besides, all NK Fishbeds are bare metal (including the bis acquired from Kazahstan in the 90’s).
All have the NK roundel on the fuselage (which lacks here) and nothing on the tail – the person who photoshopped it had to cover the Hungarian roundel, that’s why he put the NK flag there. 😉

Its a pity, cos i do have an apron shot of several F-7s and a couple of FT-7s by a guy named O Mees?
These are painted in an overall light grey scheme, and not blue and grey.
Those in O. Mees’s picture are MiG-21 M/MF/bis, not F-7s, they have fat spin and broad chord tail.
Veeery nice idea. My favorite would be: “The rusty Yahya Jammeh globe”
That’s the Gambian dictator who milked the peanut-reliant economy of his tiny country to buy a single Georgian Su-25s that hasn’t moved a centimeter on the local tarmac since then.
Actually it’s no longer visible on google earth imagery – dated 8 March 2006.
So it has moved after all :diablo:

I always thought that the early models were later upgraded to Su-30MK-I. Are they for sale anyway? Tx
All the Indian K/KI were put into storage after MKI deliveries picked up pace – I guess it was too much of a hassle to convert them to MKI. See:
