Thanks for the confirmation on the Stirling guys. It would be great to see it on display somewhere.
Cees, I’m afraid that is about the best of my photos before the camera started playing up.
for clearing up the Stirling ID for us. Is this bit is a Halifax?
Right then, the last couple of “not sure what it is photos”!!
This we were told is a Halifax but after a comment by someone I am now having doubts, anyone have any idea what it is from?

From what I understand ML407 is based between Bentwaters and Duxford mainly because the maintenance work is all now done at Bentwaters. There maybe someone else who knows more than me on this.

There was a fly-in, 14 aircraft turned up, and then Carolyn Grace turned up for fuel then went off again.
Quite a pleasant day and lovely weather for it. Hope you are well, I’ll head up to Hardwick soon and say hello!
Apologies Wyvernfan, 8 Spitfires and one gorgeous Seafire! It was a fantastice site and sound.
Interesting video, thanks for putting it up.
Yes you are right in thinking Poddington is now the Santa Pod Drag Strip / Raceway
£5 at duxford brought a rather poor excuse for a hot-dog – how can they justify that?
I did enjoy the day though, shame about the Vulcan on Sunday but thats weather for you! Enjoyed watching the 9 Spitfires at the end and I’m pleased I’ve seen the cammo Hawk finally – its the Vulcan that still elludes me!!!
Thanks for the comments Matt, Lyneham is indeed home of the Hercules, it was nice to see all the others there in the circuit or visiting. It was my first time there and hopefully I’ll get to go back sometime.
