Yes the PAK-DP, MiG are the chief designers for the future fighter-interceptor to replace the MiG-31 sometime in the 2020’s, although I have not heard anything about it recently regarding progress.

Quite right! This remind’s me of the Stealthy Hornet that Boeing was trying push in the export market a couple of years ago. Though that had external weapons pods to try and hide the weapons, it is still not true Stealth.
