    Calm down, Leonid Ilyich! 😀
The electronics and weapon suite of 22350 right now is highly speculative. It’s possible to say more or less sure that it will have single barrel lightweight 130mm gun, 2 Kortik or Palash CIWS (may be Palma if that one is ever ready), 9M317 or 9M96 missiles in VLS and some Oniks AShMs in VLS or inclined tubes. :dev2:

I give you the impression that iam hysteric? I just make some questions about the project 22350 which seems to be “mystery”, as you know is under construction and we dont know even if that vessel is “frigate” or “destroyer” sized or about its armament. I just questioning, thats all. 😎

Not quite sure why Chinese sh/couldn’t use this fit for a (mod-)type-52B. But if they were going to get this, they should have gotten them for the new Sovrs to begin with. MLU will be too late

    What is MLU?

Iam sorry for questioning again but I want to ask about the electronics and the armament of the 22350 new russian frigate. How many VLS Sthils AA missiles the new frigate will receive? 32? Further more is possible for the russian navy modernize some of the “sovremmenyys” by replacement of the AAW launcher with VLS sthils? The photo below with the “modernized sovremmeny” is real or fake?

The new project 22350 russian frigate how many radars of this type will have? A single? Any information about the electronic systems that the 22350 will carry?

I would not be entirely sure those are identical radars (may be different radars or different versions of basic Fregat radar)

Notice that the model of the nuclear powered “ANCHAR” DDN which posted at the previous pages has also 2 “fregat” radars and I can’t explain why. At the new proposed aircraft carrier the small “island” superstructure and the “column” with the second radar behind is the same arrangement as the “Nimitz” class. An article at the warfare.ru sais that the new aircraft carrier will be equiped only with the PAK-FA NOT with the Su-33. The PAK-FA is under development and seems to be like the navalized version of the F-35, with VSTOL capability probably.

Sorry for the repeat of my question but does anyone has news from the building process of the project 22350 frigate? Any detailes? Are the russians designers published any image of the project? Any official line drawing? I think in Greece there is a military excibition (DEFENDORY 2006) these days and i wonder if the russian kiosk has any model of the 22350. When the 20380 corvette was under development the plan and the details of the ship were known to everybody (size, tonnage, etc), as I said before the 22350 is very mysterious and furthermore the which will be the name of the second unit? ADMIRAL??

The proposed carrier that I posted, will have 384 VLS sthil missile in 4 systems arrangement. There are two versions of the same project. The first is “flush decked” like the “Nimitz” class, and the second is “sky jump” like kuznetsov.

I post an image of the new proposed supercarrier of russian navy. The project has lot of similarities with the US Nimitz.

The webpage is :http://paralay.narod.ru/atakr.html (opes very slowly)

As for the MK-48 (MEA CULPA)

I want to repeat my question if is possible for the Club VLS launcher to launch Granat SS-N-21 instead of 3M54, I think that club is at the same (family) with Granat (size, dimentions, weight, body etc).

Why they say greater than 8 , and not GREATER THAN, 48?

The phrase greater than has a limited meaning. I can’t say greater than 8, and meaning 50!!
