XLA013P now showing as enroute Sharm El Sheikh, probably to operate the return?
What aerial were you using with it?
fATPL licences can be won on McDonald’s drinks cartons, just scratch the cover and see if you’ve won! Woolworths are also thinking of giving them out, buy one get one free.
Only 14 (strange, I thought A330-200 was an American man who went on holidays to AGP, JFK-MAN…) next 5 years of your life will be incredibly interesting and exciting, probably twice as exciting as the last 4 have been. You will ditch Shane Ward and even Robbie William for something a bit more rebellious, groups I do not know the name of 😀 The world is a large revolving disco ball with lots of things to do. I’m not saying that you won’t become a pilot, but things change. Being a pilot is a life style, not just a career. Kiss any thoughts of flying shiny metal/plastic jets out of LPL or MAN(or BOS/JFK?) and start thinking how beautiful the Scottish Islands look in mid winter in gale force conditions 😀
Dare I be so brave to say it and hope I’m not shot down, but try pprune.org. Do no start a new thread, use the SEARCH function. You will get no sensible replies if you go asking like you have on here, it has been done a thousand times before on there. SEARCH.
Forget the PPL, forget working you backside off in school (should do that anyway, it will be worth it) the best advice above is, if you are really serious, go get checked out for a Class 1 medical. You may be incredibly upset if you don’t get it, but at least you won’t spend the next 10 years of your life gearing up for a life flying only to find you can’t. It’s not cheap, I can’t remember the figure for it at Gatwick but throw a few hundred quid down the drain now, or face worse later.
And http://www.google.com 🙂
My company is equally worried but purchasing insurance for our laptops resolves the issue. We also make sure we always have back ups….
And being in Ni (if I remember correctly) then you have an even bigger problem. 🙁 Norfolkline do a nice cabin, breakfast and dinner on the Belfast-Birkenhead service, but a bit slower than flying!
Less cabin baggage will also mean quicker boarding times, and ignoring the whole lo-cost thing, I’d certainly like it so I’m now standing behind someone who wrestles with the overhead locker for ages during boarding and deboarding.
All BA short haul is cancelled 2day.
All shorthaul from LHR, but only some shorthaul and domestic from LGW.
Maybe best keeping this thread related to commercial aviation and leaving politics out of it?
Whoever said all flights from Gatwick are cancelled, it was said on the BBC that only all easyJet flights were cancelled.

EZY553 to Belfast
EZY554 to Belfast
EZY554 is BFS-NCL not NCL-BFS
I forgot to check to see if you got to BFS on time but I do see EZY252 arrived in STN on time, so hopefully you’ll enjoy a few hours there.
Last time I was there I checked in and spent my two hours sitting on the walkway connecting the satellite to the terminal, as it was the quietest place I could find. The bit that confused me was how you get upstairs in that satellite, if you can at all?
Edit:
Being rather sad again I have had a look at the website after coming back from work, sees RYR295 got airborne from STN @ 1730, (15mins late?) So all being well you will make it to Dublin and have a few hours before going back to LBA. Look forward to the photos 😀
Nice shots Tom, like the Continental.
Hope you have a good trip tomorrow, on a similar note EZY262/263, the 0615 departure to STN and return was cancelled yesterday :S I hope your trip goes smoothly.
Ryanair stopped having seatback pockets to speed up turnaround times when cleaning, or to cut costs which of course saved them millions and millions of pounds  Why would they get rid of the tray table, it’d only make it more difficult to scratch your scratch cards. 😉

Ryanair is one word, not two! 🙂 I highly doubt Michael O’Leary will be loosing sleep just yet over Jet2 :S
A break down of passenger numbers on international and domestic UK routes is available from the CAA website if you have a look.
Yes but that could soon change, afterall they now have Tenerife as a base.
But serving the UK’s north destinations, it’s just the way the aicraft is being based.
Callsign Mediterranee, is the French airline Air Mediterranee(BIE) who operate A321s. I’ve seen them at BFS a few times doing charters to Lourdes. Have they subcharted a 747 now?
