Can’t beat the look of a 146 though as it rotates off the runway or on approach, something about the high wing and 4 engines.
I’m not able to answer your question exactly, but few weeks ago I noticed FCA 757 doing LGW-BGR-SFB. I know they doing this at a time when short of a 767 but not sure if it still continues?
A returning 767 that morning into Gatwick was delayed for a few hours and had it have been the aircraft operating to SFB, it would have been delayed in turn. Whether it was by chance that the 757 was operating to SFB that day, or they quickly managed to get a 757 and depart to SFB on time via BGR? Anyone know? I’d be slightly annoyed at being downgraded onto a 757 from the 767, which for some may be the reason they booked with FCA, for the improved cabin, and on the other hand I’d be mightly impressed for sorting it out so quickly.
Some sort of subcharter for the Malaga.
AEU941P B732 from Bratislava was due into LBA early this morning then operating to Malaga as AEU941. It’s due to return ‘on time’ as AEU942 and then departing to Birmingham as AEU942P at 1530 local.
Great news, I wonder if they’ll be any other routes from BFS.
Paris lastnight:D Friend said everything was going round in circles at Dieppe.

long time ago though so I may be wrong
Not that long, surely sir 😀
Have your walking shoes on!
Out of the terminal and turn right and follow the main road, past the small roundabout beside the car hire and park places, at the entrace. Walk along this on the grass, there’s no footpath but a hardshoulder about half a mile along. Walk past the entrance to the fuel depot and checkpoint, past the ‘Welcome to Antrim’ sign and flowerbed on the road, past the small road where the taxi park and the barrier saying ‘No entry.’ Ok you could use it for photography but I’ve never tried it and it is south facing.
Keep going, past the large white country cottage on your right, and take the next right turn into a small road with a 7.5t weight restriction on, called Drennan’s Road. Another 5 mins along this takes you into the approach lights.
Beware of the dogs just as you turn into this road in one of the gardens, vicious things but anytime I have been by, they have been penned in. You can stop in the cottage, Ballyrobin Inn, for lunch after 12. It’s about 30 mins walk from the terminal to the spot on the road. There’s nowhere to sit around here except maybe on a field gate or on the wall outside the church hall further along the road, nearer the crossroads. There is a vehicle control zone along it but I’ve never had any bother standing in it. The road can be quiet on busy, usually always some traffic passing by. It’s only good for 25 arrivals, majority of 07 departures from here would be too high and too much of an undercarriage shot.
There is another place for 25 departures but it’s just as far a walk turning left when you leave the terminal, southfacing and further away for shots. If you want to know where it is, say and I’ll type it up.
Seconded, much better!
Excellent news, only flown with them the once but I was fairly impressed and would fly again.
No need to pay the extra £10 now to reserve your seat then?
OHY7335 LTBS-EGNM was/is showing as a A306, we get it in Aldergrove once a week too and the other flight is A321, variety 😀
Nice shots Simon 😀
Nice shots, the Cessna is certainly a long way from home!
BMA705 is enroute now, over NI.
From that article in the Telegraph, ”But after this, I won’t be flying BMI again.”” Hmm I’ll hold you to that, Missus!
Impressive, and as I’m not a regular around 747s up close and personal, great way of showing its size with the EMB sitting beside it!
If my car looked that good after a non-stop 5.3 million mile trip, I’d be happy 😀
