As for the slide, I think the white Slide text is just a label, if the slide was deployed the green ‘box’ beside it would be orange, or orange and dotted, or something along those lines, I think.
Edited to add: Slide indication appears white when slide is armed. The ‘boxes’ are the doors themselves. Don’t quote me though 😀
