Not sure I fully understand but is it something as simple as different runway useage?

I can never remember if it is 32/14 or 33/15 at Malaga and looked earlier this afternoon and winds were southerly so would mean a landing on 15, ie straight in and no ship spotting or overflying the nudists beach?

Yes and I loved that bit with the guitar during the credits about 10minutes in with Bush and the others being made up for the camera, took me ages to find that artist!

Their route from Glasgow is handy for Norn Irish too 🙂 GLA is only about 90mins up the road after the ferry across to Scotland, or cheap flight with Easyjet or FlyBe from either of the two airports, saves the hassle of going via LHR, especially for those who don’t like crowded places (g)
Of course a Dublin route would be even handier, no water to cross and only 100 miles from Belfast, with the train, bus or car to get there.

I’ll have to take a day and take a trip over to PIK and GLA to meet Fred and the rest, been in touch a few times and nearly twisted his leg into coming here once but he’d only find it too boring 🙂
