It remind me more of F-22 with canards then it does MiG-1.44.
Looking at that pic, it does not appear to have negative stability,
really wish to get any info on that, along with wing load & T/W.
They have done that before:
They used the same number 406th for all their 5 091-class SSNs just for mis-information purpose.
