your guess is right on the spot. This is the second prototype (BFK-1V2 and registered D-HOCE). The famous designer was Prof. H. Focke and the manufacturer the Borgward Automobil-und Motorenwerke. Unfortunatey the aircraft ventures went down the drain together with the car production.
The first Kolibri (BFK-1V1) is at the Helikopter Museum in Bueckeburg.
